Is it safe to order online?

Of course. Gearbox Boutique uses GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. If however you still feel uneasy about ordering online feel free to contact us  and we will contact you to arrange the order.

Are my personal details safe with Gearbox Boutique?

Gearbox Boutique practices safe e–commerce. We do not store credit card details and at no time do we share any of our customers information with any other parties. We do retain customer information in the interest of further communication with our customers. If at any time you would like your information removed from our files please contact us.


How much does delivery cost?

We offer FREE delivery on all Australian orders over $250.

Australian standard shipping 3 - 10 business days $12.00

Australia express shipping 1 - 3 business days $17.00

We deliver Australia wide using Australia Post.  To ensure your delivery arrives, we utilise registered post on all our items so your delivery does not get lost. As all parcels need to be signed for, we ask that you DO NOT provide us with a Post Office Box address. Where possible please have deliveries sent to a work place or residence where someone is available to receive and sign for the item.


Does Gearbox Boutique deliver Worldwide?

Yes, we will ship all over the world. International delivery starts at a rate of $25. Please feel to reach out if you need a quote on delivery to your country.


When will my order be sent?

Depending on availability of product, all orders placed by 1pm will be dispatched from Gearbox Boutique that day.


When will my order arrive?

All orders should arrive between 2-5 business days from leaving Gearbox Boutique. International delivery may vary depending on customs and country.


How Can I place an order?

1.    Online using PayPal or your credit card, we accept Visa, Amex, Mastercard and Afterpay.

2.    Please contact us if you wish to pay over the phone, and we will process your order over the phone.


What are the refunds/exchange policy?

There is nothing that pleases us more than a happy customer. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the product to us as long as it has not been used and is in its’ original packaging with all tags still intact within 10 days of dispatch. We are unable to accept goods that are not in the original sale condition. The cost of return freight is the responsibility of the customer. It is highly recommended that any returns are sent via Registered Post as Gearbox Boutique will not be held responsible for items going astray in the mail.

We do not accept change of mind returns.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased on sale.


What if my goods are damaged or faulty?

We take great care ensuring your goods have been checked for damages prior to delivery. If however they are found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your goods and the faulty item will be replaced. Faulty Goods can be returned with labels intact for an exchange.
